You may also browse the shop and order without registration.Benefits as a registered customer:

Shipments to Switzerland
Silkes Schmuckland is an officially registered jewellery retailer in Switzerland with its own mark of responsibility (VM9938), registered with the Zentralamt für Edelmetallkontrolle in Bern. Real jewellery is stamped according to its composition and also bears the symbol of the mark of responsibility.Notes regarding updates and the display of product data
All items presented in the shop are also in stock. To ensure our jewellery assortment is always up-to-date,our shop is updated daily Monday through Friday. Sometimes even multiple times throughout the day.
How the updates benefit you as our customer: You can see, nearly in real-time, which new items have
been added to our jewellery stock.
Printed catalogs?
We do not work with printed catalogs. In the Internet we update our products faster and more inexpensive.Daily/weekly you can see, which new items have been added to our jewellery stock.
Delivery against invoice
Please understand that we can only offer delivery against invoice for existing customers. We offer our new customers delivery with payment in advance or cash on delivery (only in Germany).Stock, delivery times
All items presented in the shop are also in stock. The shop is always up-to-date and your orderwill be despatched on the next workday (on receipt of your payment).
We despatch by Federal Post/DHL and GLS (German Logistig Systems).

Unfortunately we do not offer this service. Each of our jewels can be engraved with a juwelier.Information about our current scale of rebates and the prices shown.
We offer an interesting scale of rebates for registered customers. You will find this scale on the welcoming page(after logging in) as well as on the page "Overview" in the shop.

Complaints
During the final inspection of all articles we do our utmost to ensure that only articles free from defects aredespatched. Nevertheless, there are complaints from time to time. Should you once not be satisfied with our
articles or should there be faulty pieces of jewellery, please do not hesitate to immediately return the claimed
articles to us. There is an implied warranty of 24 months on our products with regards to any manufacturing defects.

Retention of title
